No Returns Accepted...

I cannot accept returned nail polish for health and safety reasons. However if you are unhappy with a purchase please contact me and I will work to find a solution. I always try to offer an ample supply of pictures of my products, as well as a description, so you know what you are getting.

Damaged Items...

If you receive a polish that is damaged in some way please send me an email (trellypolish@hotmail.com) with pictures of the damage within 24 hours regarding a replacement. Some damages will not result in a replacement polish. For example, if your bottle was mislabeled you will receive a new label. Same for dysfunctional brushes, and caps.
